Public design tenders: we are looking for partner firms to bid as an RTP
VEE S.r.l. regularly takes part in procurement procedures for engineering and architecture services for central and local government. We are looking for design practices, engineering firms and individual professionals to bid with as an RTP — temporary grouping of professionals — in Piedmont and the rest of Italy, either as lead member or as member.
Why move before the call for tenders
In technical services tenders it is the composition of the RTP that determines eligibility: requirements in the individual work categories of DM 17/06/2016 (table Z-1), key reference services, young professional. Building the team in good time is the difference between submitting a bid and being left out.
What VEE brings to the RTP
References in all the main work categories of DM 17/06/2016 — building and restoration (E), structures (S), building services (IA) — with specialisation in mechanical and electrical systems and energy efficiency: over 100 million euros of works designed in the last ten years on state-owned properties and barracks, schools, municipal offices, research buildings and condominiums, including under framework agreements of the Italian State Property Agency (Agenzia del Demanio) and Metropolitan Cities.
Services: technical and economic feasibility project, final and detailed design, works supervision and accounting, safety coordination during design and construction, fire prevention, energy audits and Law 10 checks, BIM modelling and information coordination.
Certifications and qualifications
Energy Management Expert (EGE) certified to UNI CEI 11339, civil and industrial sectors — useful in tenders requiring an EGE or access to incentives.
BIM Manager and BIM Coordinator certified to UNI 11337-7 and UNI/PdR 78:2020, for procedures with mandatory BIM methodology pursuant to art. 43 of D.Lgs 36/2023.
Fire prevention professional registered in the lists of the Ministry of the Interior pursuant to art. 16 of D.Lgs 139/2006; safety coordinator during design and construction pursuant to Title IV of D.Lgs 81/08; energy performance certifier pursuant to DPR 75/2013; project manager certified to UNI 11648.
Technical bid and improvement proposals
In tenders awarded on the most economically advantageous tender criterion (art. 108 of D.Lgs 36/2023), points are won on the technical bid, not on the price discount. This is the area we specialise in: improvement proposals on the design put out to tender, concrete and quantified in terms of performance, operating costs and timescales.
Who we are looking for
Design practices, engineering firms and individual professionals to bid with, in any work category.
We are looking for partners with experience in public tenders and verifiable CVs: similar services documented by certificates of satisfactory performance or statements from contracting authorities.
We consider both an RTP formed for a single tender and recurring partnerships across several procedures.
How we work
Verification of requirements before making a commitment; allocation of services and shares defined in writing before the application; technical bid built together; relations governed by an agreement between the parties, naming the contact person for each service.
