On 22 October the corrective decree of the Conto Termico 3.0 obtained the agreement of the Unified Conference. Booking the incentive before the works remains available to public administrations: up to 50% of the annual resources earmarked for public bodies may be committed this way. Today the Portaltermico accepts only direct-access applications; with the adoption of the decree, bookings are expected to reopen shortly.
Open procedure of the Regional Council of Piedmont (CIG B7A131AB33) for the update of the PFTE, the detailed design and the safety coordination for the renovation and regulatory, technological and functional upgrading of the headquarters at via Arsenale 14. At the session of 21 September 2026 the grouping ranked first thanks to the score of its technical bid, which was worth 80 points out of 100.
The Minister of Culture inaugurated the refurbished spaces of Palazzo del Senato, home of the State Archives of Milan, together with the heads of the Directorate-General for Archives, the Italian State Property Agency and the Archives, and the Mayor of Milan; the project for the removal of architectural barriers and the enhancement of the Archives was also presented. For the Ministry, the project is “a reference model for the other Directorates of the Ministry of Culture as well”. VEE S.r.l. was responsible, as part of a grouping, for the technical and economic feasibility project, the detailed design and safety coordination during design, under the Lot 3 framework agreement of the Italian State Property Agency (Agenzia del Demanio).
The call-off contract under the Lot 1P framework agreement, dedicated to buildings of historical and architectural value in the North area, has been signed with the Italian State Property Agency (Agenzia del Demanio) for the design, as part of a grouping, of the refurbishment of pavilion Q for use as a health records archive: technical and economic feasibility project, detailed design and safety coordination during design, for works estimated at 266.894 euros.
Project details →The ten applications submitted by VEE S.r.l. on behalf of five Piedmontese Municipalities, all approved by the GSE, are worth a total of 5.640.877 euros: ten public buildings — schools, nurseries, sports facilities and a theatre — upgraded with coverage equal to 100% of the cost of the works, at no cost to municipal budgets.
The design service for the restoration of the Specola tower, part of the building housing the classical high school, was completed in June 2026: technical and economic feasibility project, detailed design and safety coordination during design, prepared by VEE S.r.l. as part of a grouping under the Lot 3 framework agreement of the Italian State Property Agency.
